Rebecca Kleinert is an HR and organizational consultant with over 15 years of experience supporting small businesses, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations. As the founder of her consulting practice, she has served as an outsourced HR Department-of-One, trusted advisor to leadership teams, and hands-on operational partner in lean, high-stakes environments. Her work blends strategic people systems with practical execution, helping organizations build healthier cultures, navigate complex people challenges, and operate with clarity, equity, and accountability. Rebecca is especially passionate about organizations that value connection, integrity, and long-term sustainability.
